Number 9 – The Australian, Sydney, Jack Nicklaus (1976). The Australian was the home of the Australian Open in the 1970s and held the very first Australian Open in 1904. Has an American style in its design, challenging in length the course is flattish in nature with big bunkers, some water hazards and not all that many rolling hills and terrain. Expect some great views of Sydney’s CBD.
